Baby dropped

I retired this past December from being a Labor and Del nurse. In the dream I was standing watching a doctor deliver a baby, while handing the baby off to one of the other nurses the baby was dropped on the floor and it's head came off. They picked the head up and were trying to put it back onto the baby's body.I believe the baby was still alive. Any ideas on what this could mean?
