Had a dream I visited my sister in the hospital right after she gave birth to a giant baby.the baby was huge looked like about three feet long in her arms.
I had this dream about a year ago don't know what it could mean

giving birth to something, perhaps in the sense of taking ownership or a parental leadership type of a role. It could be a business venture or maybe a ministry if she is a believer. The baby was abnormally large suggesting it may be bigger than your sister or beyond her ability to birth but she will birth it non the less. It may seem miraculous because of the enormity of it. For your prayerful consideration.
