Embracing an elderly woman who has been de-capitated

I dreamt I was out someplace like in a store shopping when all of a sudden I hear this woman screaming horribly. I ran and found her. She had on a winter coat with a hood on it and had the hood on. I ran and embraced her. I could tell she had just come in from the cold weather. The screaming continued but seemed to be coming from a different place! I looked and her head was gone! I then began looking around for her lost head all the while still holding onto her.
