Caring for children in an old warehouse

I dreamt I was caring for other people's children in this old warehouse. It was huge, open, old wood floors which were dirty. I knew due to being a past licensed child care provider that I was only allowed to have 2 babies and yet here I had 3 or 4 besides having older children as well.
I saw one woman leave her baby in it's car seat on a chair near the wall. She had plugged in a device attached to a cord. This device was small, rectangular and thin. She then placed the device in her infant's car seat, placing it directly on the baby's belly.
When I got over to the baby the mother had left. This device was to provide heat for the baby. The baby had no blanket and was only wearing a light yellow onesie which was light and had short sleeves.
It was cold in this old warehouse and the baby didn't even have a blanket!
I took the baby out of the car seat and began to care for/nurture it. I put a blanket on it and held it close, talking to it and playing with it.
