Missionary to India/Africa

With a team in India (was thinking of a friend of mine being there or thinking that this was where she was a missionary, but in real life she's a missionary to Africa). I think we were packing up to leave to go home, we were cleaning up the house. We had been swimming, someone had a problem with what I wore to swim in, all my skin was totally covered. Was wearing a skirt, stockings shoes and I had a shirt buttoned up all the way to my neck. They said, "How dare you." wear a shirt buttoned all the way up or something like that. A car backed in through our property to the property behind us and I was a bit suspicious. A woman at a table in the garage was saying I wasn't accepted because of the things in my file such as abusing a police officer, which I would never do.
