|
|
I had a dream last week and it was in medieval times. I was in a large mud type building with large beams across the ceiling and down to the floor and on the walls, and the floor was dirt. Someone called from outside and there was another woman with me in the house, and when she answered, the woman outside came in, and the woman with me went out, and told me to 'keep it clean', and the woman who came in from outside started chanting very somberly, like a curse, while staring at the lady who went out, and when she did, her left eyeball went black.
Then last night I had a dream about being on a roadside, and there was a huge black and neon green lizard, like a kimono dragon. It turned to look at me, and its left eye was black, just like the lady in the first dream.
So the black eyeball is bugging me. Are these two dreams that related? |

I think the two dreams are related. Seems to be the same enemy spirit operating in both dreams. Almost seems like a demonic spirit of witchcraft trying to operate against you and keep you back in the dark ages. Hope this helps.

I agree with bjCollin and the era of the dream causes me to think this is a generational thing/curse in operation. I would suggest asking GOd for revelation, wisdom and insight... what u are to do with this info and dream, etc.
The dreams definitely sound related to me, IMHO. _________________ **********************************

Interesting. Thanks manassehs warrior and bjcollin.
I don't know anything about this... what is a generational curse? And is it something I can rid myself of? I will definentely be asking God for some wisdom and insight.
Thank you! |

| Perhaps the first woman was legalistic – how do you keep a house made of mud with a dirt floor clean? Did the two women look similar in dress and appearance (minus the black eye?) could you describe the two women? |

| Yes, they were both very similar. The woman who was in the room with me first had long auburn hair, and it was tied back and seemed to be really big and curly. She was wearing a traditional medieval dress with a corset type top and long bottom. No jewelery. the woman outside the door who came in and then who's eye turned black had sandy blond hair, and it looked mussed and was also tied back but messy. I don't remember her clothing but I do remember the front of the bodice of her dress had lacing up it, like a tennis shoe. She was very happy looking until the other woman stepped out the door, then her smile left and she became very somber, and her voice dropped really low when she started chanting/singing/speaking. I don't remember anything after that, I actually woke up scared. |

the two women may be in cahoots with each other. One gives you an impossible task (keeping a dirt house ‘clean’) and then leaves while the other one comes in and then curses. the medieval setting may symbolize an askew but traditional way of thinking / acting. I confirm with the other posters that either one or both deal in witchcraft.
The dream of the neon lizard, do you know if it was modern day? Was the road paved? |

Let me just write what I sense it is. The woman and the lizard are the same spirit, just now in the modern day. Since you were on the roadside, I’m assuming that you are stranded and vulnerable. That is why she / it is there.
A generational curse is just that – it’s a way in which the enemy moves from one generation to the next within a family line. They most certainly can be broken by our savior. However, because they have been in operation for so long, they may be disguised and attributed as “well, that’s just how our family is” It can be a false identification within a family. I don’t mean to be all camel-hair-wearing and locust-eating on you, but I believe that this issue may be too intense to be tackled over an internet forum and would encourage you to seek pastoral counseling who is familiar with deliverance.
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Phil 4:7 |

Thank you so much everyone. I'm not feeling nearly as 'scared' of this as I was earlier today when I posted it.
The vulnerability makes sense. We are in the midst of an adoption, have switched programs and are now wondering where we go from here, as nothing has panned out the way it was supposed to. Right now I'm feeling very exposed and vulnerable. And maybe thats why this is trying to make its way in.
Thank you again. |

| Believe me, I am not trying to scare you, but I just sense that with the adoption, the spirit may want to continue in your family since the one you will adopt is not your natural born child. |

Hmmm, good point. We do have two birth children though, we were just unable to conceive a third time and are proceeding with our plans to adopt a few years early.
Nobody in my family has adopted, so this is something that is new. |
