laying wrong way in bed

in a part of a dream I turned around & laid with my head down where my feet go and could smell my feet off the sheets on the bed...

Could it have to do with your 'position' during prayer or quiet time? Is something 'off' lately? Maybe not, just what came to mind about it

all my dreams are future oriented.... they are usually never for the current day or time.
smelling one's feet indicates 'discerning something about their walk' .. not sure why opposite way in bed though.
