Adding photos to posts

Post by bella »

How do you add photos to a post? I've never been able to work it out, or to get it to work properly.

So does this silence mean no-one knows how to add a photo, or no-one's willing to say?

correct, the IMG tags only work when pointing to images that are already on the internet, and they do not work to images that are stored locally on your own hard disk. There is no option to post pictures here up to the board (other than emoticons and avatars) as we have no storage to support them on our webserver. So it you really have a picture to post, then post it to somewhere on the public internet like facebook or photobucket or any other public site and then use the IMG tags to point to them. Hope this helps. Cheers.

Thanks Brian,

I'll have to check out photobucket. I hadn't heard of it until this week, so I've got absolutely no idea how it works.

Cheers
