i saw this owl perched on the top of this building
the OWL looked bak at me just staring...
i then looked to the left there was my hubby
i looked again this OWL left the building and started to fly around
i watched him just fly and fly around NEAR the building
my hubby began to chase it to keep watch of where this
HUGE bird was going trying NOT to lose sight of it
this took awhile following it around ..
that is when i figured out he is TRYING to catch this owl ..
my hubby tirelessly trying to catch the exotic species
as i watched i notice my husband
(we never exchanged words by the way --it was very quiet)
my husband tried with no avail to capture this bird..
the bird looked pretty frightening ..kinda big ..as it was flying around i got a little scared that maybe it would LAND violently on TOP of my head
my hubby started to worry about that too so he began motioning to me moving his hands over his head as to say
"cover up...cover up!" but with hand signs..
THIS IS WHAT was ODD i covered my head LITERALLY with the blanket in my sleep but nevertheless i DID LOL (weird)
and yet i STILL grabbed a sneak peek
yet there it was flying and flying around going from building to building landing and perching along the way
THEN it landed!! on the bare cement ground and walked around
coming up with another scheme my husband grab some matches quietly came up behind it and lit ITS TAIL ON FIRE!!
it started to smoke and spark then a small blaze was under its tail
...OKAY that will stop it
...BUT then it walked up to this puddle
...cooling off its tail with the water
the OWL looking at me as he stood over the puddle of water
then there it goes flying again..and landing again this took some time
all of a sudden i didnt fear any more
I THEN BEGAN to join in the chase...
my hubby and me ..waiting for this OWL to land again
IT DID!! and QUICKLY we grabbed a WHITE trash bag
i GRABBED THE OWL by the feet i pulled as it was trying to get away again
as i pulled and yanked it down we STUFFED the OWL inside the garbage bag
AND because it was sooo big WE had to DOUBLE the garbage bag
it was such a struggle ...we held the bag up high in the air ...with VICTORY
