In the dream I think I am in a hotel ( not sure) but there is this blond haired guy that goes walking past me and is holding something in his hand. and he is speaking to himself and says out loud "I just won the RIO GRAND".. and I congratulate him then I say I wish you would rub some of that luck off onto me I am homeless and I need some money.

My minutes on my pay by the minute cell phone are getting seriously low, and how am I to stay in contact with potential employers.. in case your wondering, No, there are no friends who would allow me to use there phone for this.
I have a orientation at this one company tomorrow. If I get it, I would have to have a cell phone and plenty of gas for my car you drive around all over town visiting elderly people.
Yes winning the Lottery would really help right now, enough to get a place to live ( and stop living out of my car) and my car fixed and be able to get me on my feet.

Oh Gold.... not earthly "luck"....Gambling and luck is not of God, dear one. It is the earthly opposite. It is believing in "chance". God's blessings and deliverance of His children, are not by reckless "chance". His intervention, guidance, and blessings are planned and most lovingly "deliberate" .
Faith is the "prerequisite" of blessings and answers to prayers. As we acknowledge His sovereignty, He opens our doors.
Turn your mind and heart back to being fully on Him....trusting Him with all of your strength of mind and heart. Trust Him in your thoughts. Wait on Him and move forward in Him with full belief that He is, right now, moving on your behalf to give you work and relationships that will satisfy your needs. When you doubt or falter in your faith, deliberately turn your mind back to trusting and believing Him and His promises.
Look back right now, and see all of the different types of help He has brought to you already through others. It hasn't been by chance/luck that people have given you help and have been supportive. It is by His holy order, and nothing else. You will see His hand in your life when you look back and recall the wide variety of help coming from here and there. It is so faith building to do so.
I have been praying for you. But from here on, I am thanking the Lord for what He has planned for you and is already doing. ...and you can too. He loves you.
