arresting woman who beats her son

I was in what looked like a doctor's office and saw a woman bring her son in the office to get treated for something against his will. She was dragging him by the arm and he was pulling away.
She finally got him into the office and began to berate him calling him a loser and things one shouldn't call someone. She was screaming at him and at one point he got so angry that he spit on her. She started punching him over and over and over.
I finally grabbed her by her wrist and told her that was finally enough. She was flailing and trying to pull away but I held her wrist and think I told her that the authorities were on the way.
