Leviathan trapped

Last night's dream.

I was by the ocean where I grew up. I heard a sound that sounded like a humpback whale breaching. I looked and saw a very large whale, at least 50 feel long. I could see part of its back and its tail. It was very different than a regular whale, it's skin looked like armored plates and was red in color. The whale appeared to be trapped on a rock, It was low tide. It was next to the wharf where I used to fish.

Hi Thesharpeningstone, Do you think of any large sea creature as a leviathan? Did you see the creature as something evil?

I called it Leviathan because that was my first thought when I woke., I did perceive it to be something evil, but i was not scared, it was stuck.
