Dreamed of Having Double Chin

I had a very long dream, but I can only remember one small part. In my dream, I was standing on the right side of an escalator. When I looked up, I saw my youngest sister and a woman a few steps ahead. My sister was standing on the left side while the woman was standing beside her on the right. When the woman, who looked very young, looked down and saw me, she joked about my double chin. She told my sister that their double chins 'faced up' (in her words) while mine was 'facing down' (either this phrase or 'faced up'). I immediately lowered my head and I remember feeling slightly embarrassed. Then I moved to the left side of the escalator.
