Happy St. Patricks day! In honor of driving all of the snakes out of Ireland, I have had to drive a few snakes out of the board software lately. Updated the UFW firewall software to block these rogue spammer registrations coming from Russia and Romania lately. Updated the Ubuntu Linux operating system software that the server runs on and did all of the latest package software and security updates. I also updated the phpBB software that the board runs on to the latest version 3.3.7 which promises to fix some of these ACP/MCP and group issue problems that some of you have reported to me over the last year.
I am still keeping this old server together with shoestring and bubblegum for now, but I have been preparing a new hex-core PC to become the new server home targeting sometime this summer.

New: AMD FX-6300 CPU (6 core), 16 GB RAM, 1 TB HD, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.5
