buzzing & a request

I was asleep the other night. Could hear buzzing with my natural ears . . .as in, I was actually hearing it, it wasn't a part of my dream and yet, I could see the buzzing too. The buzzing was like a low old radio buzzing trying to tune. Then in the midst of it, I heard:
"Help me Robin"
This shocked me into waking up. Definitly not a dream. Wondering what others may have experienced or learned about something like this.

Bumping this back for attn please, does anyone know of anything like this?

The other day someone was telling me their computer modem was buzzing . . .but there is no computer at the home I was staying at that night.
I had noticed that sometimes when vehicles drove past that area, that sometimes I could hear a buzzing sound. So might be the auto sound against the terrain somehow.
The voice speaking was a female voice. . .it didn't sound over emotional though. Just more of a quick statement.

I know I've read a couple of other people posting about waking up to buzzing sounds or ringing. . .

If this helps I can think of the phone ringing and it wasn't and the sound of the door knock and opening. noone there in the natural.believing these were attached to my natural senses to get my attention. after these I usually pray to see what the Lord we drop in my spirit. Hope this helps since it was a woman it makes me thing holy spirit wants you to take notice of something. I often think of HS as being male but I have read alot of dreams here and In some of them, she is Holy Spirit representation. It is different for each of us Hope this helps

I don't know, I have read this thread several times, the only thing I can relate to is twice I sensed a loud wind or ringing sound, but for me at that moment I received a vision.

demons and lines of communication in the spirit realm.
Alot of years ago and recently!

Jdg 14:8 After some time, when he returned to get her,
he turned aside to see the carcass of the lion. And behold,
a swarm of bees and honey [were] in the carcass of the
lion.

The bees for me were about sweetness and being
industrious in ministry!

The demons (flies) on the other hand had to do with interference
in communication in our intercessor's team, at that time.
There is sometimes a buzzing sound from the demonic
realm interfering with what God is trying to say. Persecution
and words spoken against us! I will hear this when there
is an attack happening or warning of impending attacks.
I know this is one way HE warns me! A leader one time
saw demons causing a buzzing sound in the ears of people
and they would hear things wrong.

Was also reminded of a preacher saying he could see demons
buzzing like hoards of flies. It was to do with pornography
and directed at God's leadership, that weapon has been used
as we know to bring down many leaders!!

Maybe there is some attempt at interference from the demonic realm. A couple of my dreams are making me wonder. I'll attach one to this thread.

Ok, with that part of the dream quoted, I'd like to share my situation.
I "sleep over" at an elderly ladies' home about 6 x per month. She tried assisted living for 2 months but then appealed to her family to come home. Soo, I am one of the helpers, so that she isn't alone, esp @ night. She had a brain annerysm about 9 years ago. Physically she gets around very well. But memory is an issue and word usage. Also She is very disoriented upon waking - ranging from extremely to mildly.

Ok, the other night, I was dreaming, and I was hearing a song on the radio. I said to myself in the dream, that I don't think I would be hearing that song unless it was actually playing.
The next morning when the elderly lady & I began our morning routine, she asked me if I turned the radio off. . .She said it played all night long. I was like "no, but I did dream I was hearing one last night."
In my dream, I even reached over on the table next to my bed and was pulling at the cord. but that's really all I remember of that.


Ok, sooo, the week or so before this, She was telling me that a man was singing to her and wouldn't stop. I tried to get her to tell me the song, or some of the words, she said it was just bleh, bleh, blaahhh, over & over again. (one of my friends that has worked in assist. living said this was prob dimensia (sp )
Then, as she signed my check, she was drifting off to sleep, she repeated what she heard - cuz she does this a lot (but usually its when I'm talking to her, and she's trying to figure out what I'm saying) - I know her pattern. . .she said "The girl you are paying is pretty" I said, what did you say. . .she said - "Aren't you paying someone". I said "No, you are paying me."
Anywho - I'm not pretty -- on a good day, I might be cute

shine, the buzzing you describe here is called 'white noise'. It's a constant background noise that drowns out all other sound. It is comparable to white light which contains all frequencies.

Seems in the midst of the white noise you 'tuned in' to a specific frequency.

You mentioned the elderly lady repeats what she hears. Could it be that her dementia is spiritual and not natural/physical? And this is a call to intercede for her in that regard?

just some food for thought..

Thanks soo much! I am mulling over everything.

When you say intercede for her, you mean by prayer - right? It very well could be spiritual.
I believe if God has put me with this lady to help her in some way, then he will equip me too, right?
I'm just thankful you aren't thinking I'm crazy - or trying to dabble where I shouldn't.


While at her house, I had another dream that may be a part of this whole thing. . .This was the last night I spent over there.
I dreamed I was in a large motel. And I needed to go down to the ground floor. I was supposed to be in a tennis match outside. But at the elevator - which was unusually large, someone said something that made me turn away and not use it.
Then, as I was continuing to go thru, I thought I was going down, but then I realized that the hallways were at an angle going upwards. . .I was already on the 7th or 8th floor, in a motel I thought only had 3 floors.
This couple that is near me realizes I am distressed and offers to help me. But then they turned to each other, as if on cue, and the man looks at his watch and says "he's flying now". Then the girl starts to cry. Then they look at me to let me know they are ready to help me. I said, no, you two are dealing with something more important. They said no. that the man always says this to her, and then she crys. So after saying this, they go to kiss each other briefly on the lips, and then a keyring appears to be blocking or interfering with their kiss. So then they start helping me find my way, and another man walks closely to them asking "who is this"? The lady said: "oh no, she's not a child of ours. We're just helping her find her way."
I asked who are you of? She said "dali yama"
oh for goodness sakes! I can't even pronounce it now, let-a-lone spell it.

Then I woke up.
From the time the other man came around to ask who I was, the air seemed very still, very sureal.


Just wanted to add - there is no radio in the elderly ladies house. That I know of anyways.

Dali Lama--interesting--they're Buddhists and very "spiritually tuned in" though not to the Correct Frequency if you know what I mean....I know this is an older post but it caught my interest and was just wondering how things were (if you even read this:).

Hey Keilani, Ok, Buddhists. . .I couldn't even remember that, thanks.
Only one or two lil things since then. . .
She said something like repeating about me being pretty again, only it was during the time when she was up & about - so that surprised me. As in she wasn't disoriented or sleepy or anything. And she quickly tried to hide that she had said anything.

And one night going outside with the dog, the air seemed different, and the dog was hesitent to go out. Needless to say, it was a short potty trip!

She has been sleeping better. . .at least 5 to 6 hours in a row at night. . .they have her on some natural sleep aid and a couple of anti depressants spread out during the day.

I wonder if since she is sleeping better, if whatever may be trying to disturb her, isn't able too?
As for myself, I do know that I do have dreams that others sleeping near me might would have. Not that we have the same dreams, but that its like their dream material.
Even last year when I slept at a friends house, in her daughters bed, I had a dream about her daughter.
