Fire

Post by yesLord »

My son had a dream in which he went to a hockey game with his uncle and cousin.
He sat in a different section then they did. He sat high up at the top of the arena while they sat lower. A fire broke out.
He left to leave the building but returned for his jacket but where all the jackets were hung that part of the building was on fire so he left without his jacket.
When he got outside he saw his uncle and cousin, they said to him"It took you long enough to get out of there".

Any ideas on this dream?
Thank you so much

My son had a dream in which he went to a hockey game with his uncle and cousin.
Place of recreation.
He sat in a different section then they did. He sat high up at the top of the arena while they sat lower.
Seeing this as how he is seated..or positioned..in heavenly places
A fire broke out.
Seeing that the fire as trial/tribulation
He left to leave the building but returned for his jacket but where all the jackets were hung that part of the building was on fire so he left without his jacket.
The trial/tribulation causes him to evacuate. Even though He may
have considered staying, it clearly shows that its not safe for him to return..Leaving the jacket to me represents cutting all ties. Leaving all behind and going forward.

When he got outside he saw his uncle and cousin, they said to him"It took you long enough to get out of there".

Wondering who the uncle and cousin represent in this dream?
Could it be family members that are supporting him in prayer?
Maybe that is why they were seated under him in that place..
they were in a position of "support"...underneath. ????? They are
relieved to see that he is out of that place.
Toss if this doesn't witness

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Thankyou ,WaitingforHim, my son's uncle and cousin are very supportive of him so that makes sense. He is away from the Lord at this time so I hope this may be a dream that he is escaping from the wordly things in his life.

Hi

Along with WFH's usual amazing interp, I would like to just say
that the fire could also be speaking of burning your bridges.
That could have to do with old things being passed away -

2Cr 5:17 Therefore, if anyone [is] in Christ, [he is] a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

2Cr 5:18 Now all things [are] of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation.

Fire could also represent this -
Hbr 12:27 Now this, "Yet once more," indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain.

Hbr 12:28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may [fn] serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear.

Hbr 12:29 For our God [is] a consuming fire.

Our young people are the ones whose hearts seem to be so open
to HIS call! Even though it doesn't seem that way in the natural,
they are seeking! They are looking for the real deal and not just
the recreational side of christianity! Him being in a different
section and in the high place like WFH, he is seeing things! I pray
God, that you touch this young man's eyes and heart and show
him who You truly are and the plans You have for him!!

Blessings and Love
Carolyn
