NOTICE: site down for maintence

We received the following advance notification of network maintenance from the Atlanta Data Center:
We will be performing maintenance at 12:00am on Saturday, January 31st and again at 12:00am on Monday, February 2nd.
The window for this maintenance will be from 12:00am - 3:00am. Estimated downtime is 15-30 minutes for each connection.
(Note: no time zone was indicated but Atlanta is ET or GMT-5 at present).
