Locked out-trying to change email

I am trying to get an email to the administrator, but having difficulty in figuring out how. "Worthynfree, has tried to change her email address and has since been locked out. She can not log in or post or contact the administrator. Can you please send her a private email and help her to reset her account. Thank you. Pristine
