Need help in loading an Avata

I have tried many times to load an Avatar under 6KB but the site won't have it.
What am I doing wrong? Can you suggest any Avs I can use that you know will load okay?

send it to my personal
bjcollin@hotmail.com and I can load it for you. We had to lock down avatar uploading at one time in the past due to some security concerns.

Size requirements for uploaded avatars is 80x80 pixels or less in size. The first pic you sent me was photograph size and was way too big. The second pic you sent me was 100x100 so I resized it to 80x80 and uploaded it for you. It seems to be showing up as your avatar now. Let me know. Thanks

FYI The Avatar requirements for upload are file size < 6kb and image size < 80x80 pixels.
