email notices

I don't seem to be getting email notices of personal messages or responses to posts anymore. How do I fix this?

Hi Charys!
Hey, I checked that out with my limited knowledge of how to do that, and everything looked to be in order. Maybe just doing that will help, not sure? If not this is for sure a Lynda or BJ question.

Sorry, bottom line is that it is a nice extra feature to have the email notifications, but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't work.
