I dreamed that i was in a room with someone who was in a bed. (Deathbed) I prayed God send down your old time power that is recorded in the Bible. The Holy Spirit came upon me and I was slain in the spirit.

Perhaps God is showing you that He is going to release His power
in your life according to scripture.

When I have had dreams along this line in the past it has been a training session for something coming up and possibly how he wanted me to handle it.
