Usually if you hit submit a second time it will take. I am working with another user on a very similary problem right now. Do you use AOL to connect to the internet? One thing I think gets in the way is browser cookies. Set your internet browser to always accept cookies from tehillahdreams.com. Tools/Internet Options/Privacy tab/Sites button/tehillahdreams.com/Allow button/OK button. Restart browser. See if this works.
