Buying tacos? price shows on register

I seemed to be at a register of a fast food place like taco bell. In real life I don't really eat at taco bell.
My relative named Albert(noble) was in front of me. He had some soft shell tacos wrapped in the paper and the cashier scanned one and it rang up $7.87. He said "Give me $80 dollars worth".
I had 2 soft shell tacos in my hand and was going to pay next. The total would be $15.74
