Hi,

Someone sent me a private message and I submitted my reply to them - when I went to check in the sent box, it wasn't there, but it is in the Outbox - sorry to sound daft, but does this mean it has actually been sent to the person, or do I need to do something else?

I believe it means the person hasn't received it yet. When they have read it, then it goes to the sent box.
