I have been missing unread posts?

The posts since the last visit feature is acting strange for me.

I have had times where I will log on to the site and click on the unread posts since last visit and several posts show up....

but then when I see to looking to a specific thread that I was following (Meaning I go into the forum and look at it) there are further posts to it that are coming up as me having already read them (and I haven't)

just wondering if it was a "just me" thing:?:

I don't like the way it works on this site, but I can't change it. It only shows posts that have come in since the last time your computer was hooked up to the site. I used to be on dial-up, and if my server gliched, I would have to come back on, and all the indicators would be gone..... I don't think there is anything we can do to fix that. One thing that has helped me is to go ahead and log out when I leave (though I don't always remember to do that), and log back in when I come back.
