How do I change the time?

Currently it is Wednesday, Oct 24 at 10:59 PM. However my time set up is incorrect on this board. Where do I go to change it and what is GMT?
This is what my time is reading:

GMT = Greenwich Mean Time
You can set your time in your profile. Here's a conversion chart ---
ET = GMT-4
CT = GMT-5
MT = GMT-6
PT = GMT-7
Note: The board does NOT automatically adjust for Daylight Savings Time - this must be done manually.

hiya! I've been ill... but getting better..... I had a word of knowledge in the spring about an ongoing illness I had and it was at its worst this year. Feeling much better but I'm taking it slow...
I felt it best to stay away for a bit...
