exhusband and diamond ring

I have a civil relationship with my ex husband. We are polite to one another but it ends there. I had a dream where my ex husband came to me and told me I love you and then handed me a diamond ring. the diamond setting was square. He then assumed we were engaged, even though I did not answer him because I don't want him in my life again. The woman he lives with right now moved out of their house in the dream and he assumed he would move into mine. Can anyone help in interpreting this for me?
