It seems to represent a transition of sorts. This car could speak of ministry or occupation or maybe a relationship. The vehicle carrying you through life. You are ready for a change and the Lord is willing to help you make a change. The car was more for local travel but the van will allow you to travel or move about without feeling tied down.
