Man gets out of car and holds chest

A man was driving a car and I was in the passenger seat. I do not know who he was. We were driving down a canyon from my childhood home to the town where I now live. Half way down the canyon, he stopped the car, got out, was walking around holding his chest like he was having a heart attack.
