I had a dream about a future spouse. I told his sister that I wanted to have a baby. He said no I want to adopt and I told him I really want a baby. He said fine just one.
Not sure what adopt means and why he wanted to adopt so badly.

Adoption to me is taking responsibility for something someone else created....
like a church which is considering taking over another ministry or a person thinking of moving to another church or a different oversight (husband) in the same church.
Seems to be about an important decision (alignment) which can affect the future.
