OK this is as strange as a dream can get.
my brother was having oral sex with me.
IRL it would never happen
IRL I would never ever do such a thing.
IRL my brother is 10,000 Miles away.
In the dream it never felt like sex or any emotion dealing with sex.
I have prayed on it believe me...
all I could do was get in a better position so he could get more we where both standing.

Well just to share my thought...but do ignore if it does not make any sense.
1.What i sense here is that, there could be lusting with a sexual implication, either from you towards someone or the opposite.
2. Something that you are not interested trying to entice you into, and unwillingly you might submit to.
3. May be you need to watch out for anything that will become too conducive for any unfortunate to happen.
4. What's the state of you brothers life? it could be you or him?
I hope it does help a bit?

Besides pointing to a possible potty mouth from somebody you know... Another option for this dream I don't see here is that there is a demon of Lust nearby that needs to go. Many times in the past I would have graphic dreams like this, then I finally knew that old devil was messing with me either trying to tempt me or trying to bring up the past before Christ mistakes. It took many years of walking in purposeful purity before those dreams would go away and they have not bothered me now in years because the enemy knows I got his number and those dreams don't entice nor bother me one bit. This is another option IMHO. Hope it helps.

I agree with bj. This spirit could be let in by something as simple as letting something else be more important than God. (or letting it take too much of your time). May God show you the meaning of this dream and keep you safe.
