"Drowning and Fire"

Post by Michael »

my son has had another strong dream the nite of 12/22...

"He's swimming under water somewhere. when he
decides to surface he sees what appears to be ice
covering the surface of the water preventing him from
getting out. He pounds on the 'ice' but cannot break it.
He figures this is his end and closes his eyes...
He re-opens his eyes to find himself standing on a small
patch of ground somewhere surrounded by a raging firestorm.
Everything he sees is consumed by fire... everything, everywhere
is burning, yet his little patch of ground is untouched, neither is
he harmed by the fire"... then he wakes up

I have an opinion but would like hear from someone before I say.

Blessings,
Michael

It sounds as if he feels "trapped" with no way out in both dreams...maybe there are circumstances in his life that are making him feel this way?

Would feeling trapped and feeling as though this
may be the end be the same???

Michael...I would agree with Keilani here...if any of my own children had a dream like this I would not jump on the apocalyptic interp. before prayerfully looking to discern what may be causing them to feel possibly desperate and trapped IRL...sensitive children can be very prophetic but they are also susceptible to fearfulness...

prayerfully

No argument here.
As I said in the original post, I have an opinion
but I also know it'll be very jaded... I guess I'm
looking for confirmation of what I believe the meaning
to be.

Thanks,
Michael
