year round pay

hi , just a fast one.....was not going to mention it but it came in a barrage of dreams the other nite and its the one i remember...so i am adding it here.
we are fighting for year round pay at work. so far over the last 5 or 6 years no luck. good chance the people on our side will block it for another 4 years if they can. but my dream was that we got it.
i walked up to a desk with a woman there and she said we had year round pay.
