Trash in Throat

Dreamed my youngest son (12) had a Chick-Fil-A sandwich wrapper and a clear lunch baggie in the back of his throat. I imagined he ate them on accident during lunch. I thought I better not try to handle removing it myself. Later I thought it was dumb to leave it but when I checked him again, it was all gone. Swallowed. Any ideas??
