Drinking Contaminated Water

I had a dream last night that I was with a couple people (not sure who) and I was at this small place and I was filling up a water bottle with water - I noticed the water was dark but I drank it - I filled it up again and didn't drink it this time but showed it to the other person in the room. We both looked at it and noticed it was dirty and dark. I said oh no, I just drank contaminated water, now I'm going to be really sick.

The dream also branched off where I remember I was entering this spaceship labratory looking place and somehow it was related to work. It was a very compartmentalized place it felt restricted, like very tight quarters and it had a sterilized/machinery type odor to it when I entered it.

Does anyone have any insight?
