dream about crystals and gemstones

I go into a hotel or motel and there on the floor are scattered a bunch of rock crystals and gemstones and books about them, the person that has rented the room abandoned it a long time ago and so I start to pick up the stones and then two guys come in to do the same thing and it startles me and I drop some of the stones, and I am hoping that I didn't drop the turquoise ones. I also pick up a piece of a fennel plant as well.
