i just remembered, a few months ago...at least twice...i had the experience again where a Spider shows up on me or very close to me and when i got to swat it, it disappeared
i was going out to eat with my parents and there was a "Spider" on my shorts and i would bet money it wasn't real...i went to knock it off and it just vanished
then another time in my room on one of my dresser's
