surprise pregnancy

I dreamed last night that my husband accompanied me to a routine appointment. My doctor informed me that I was 6 wks pregnant and sent me back for an ultrasound to be sure the baby was in my womb. It was a shock to us all bc my tubes were tied. My doctor stated in ask his years of practice he never had this happen and was excited for us both. My husband and I were overjoyed and went to share the news. The first I told, I asked if I currently have 4 kids and add one more, hire many would I have? They answered, 5 and got excited. Add I told others, some were in disbelief, while most were angry and have us scriptures to "stop" the pregnancy. I said, you want me to stop a baby? I'm already pregnant and having this child. My husband became angry and stated to not tell anyone else about it miracle. All would see it come to pass in the end.
