Dream: My brother went to the doctor, came back and said that he had one to ten days to live. I asked him if he wanted something to eat. He did not want to eat any food.
Note: In real life, my brother and his wife have taken a lot of money from my parents. My brother then passed away in January 2017.

Just what comes up for me, but I'd take it as a call for you (or your parents or both) to forgive him.
Not sure about the 1-10 days, food to me is nourishment. He no longer needs nourishment for his body,
but perhaps it's more about you than him and you need to fast & pray for help in forgiving him?
It can be hard & it doesn't have to mean you feel good about it; only that you make a decision to stop letting
it limit your life and put it solely in the hands of God, including restoration for your parents..
Unforgiveness can eat you alive.
If you've already done that, then I'm stumped.
