In this dream i was with a Church worker who is doing ministry. I was with him in this building/hall. He wanted to fix a filament light bulb which was fused, not lighting. I think i told him the light is faulty, but he he went ahead, brought a ladder, climbed on it and tried fixing it. Not sure for what happened, he felled from the ladder to the floor. He laid bare on the ground and was not able to move and he was trying to get up and walk but not able. The bulb which he held in his hand, broke into pieces. End.

It may be that you are aware of some faulty insight, possibly during a time of transition. The ministry worker realizes the need for insight and attempts to shed more light, but finds himself falling instead, crippling his walk.
It reminds me how the grace of God can be twisted and used as an opportunity, or excuse, to sin instead of a tool in our sanctification. Romans 6.
You may also want to look into 1 corinthians 10.
As you may be aware, the ministry worker may be symbolic of another.
