Hello,
After filling up the car with gas, the pay-at-the-pump reciept was
out of paper, so i had to go inside. I went in, got the reciept and was
stepping out the door when I had a very quick series of visions.
In a flash, I had 3 visions/pictures. In each I was in the middle of
a major city, downtown. The snow on the ground was dirty, there
was a lot of concrete, and I was impressed with "Febuary."
Any thoughts?

The dirty snow reminded me of this scripture:
Job 38:22-23 (New International Version, ©2010)
22 “Have you entered the storehouses of the snow
or seen the storehouses of the hail,
23 which I reserve for times of trouble,
for days of war and battle?
Also, I had a dream about concrete once. here's the link to the meanings of concrete:
