almost ran over by Honda Insight

In this dream, I was standing at a 2-level parking area. Some of the upper parking was covered and some not.
I was standing a few feet away from a set of steps talking to a woman named Stephanie that I know. A car approached me from my left side and drove right up to my left leg. It was blue with a silver hood ornament of some sort. I almost fell on the hood of the car. I moved out of the way and the car drove right up the set of steps...(almost cartoon-like) and parked in a parking spot on the upper level of the structure.
When I saw the side view of the car, I noticed it was a Honda Insight, which is a fuel-efficient car.
