Clouds
I had a dream that there were four strong thick pure white clouds in the sky and they were going up and down as if they were marching. I heard a voice say that there was a stirring up in heaven, and honestly I think I may have said that because I was looking at the clouds.

On earth as it is in heaven. I'm thinking your dream is about the kingdom of heaven on the inside of Gods children. He is moving their feet and stirring up the dust of the earth. God has looked to and fro and his sheep hear his voice...
sorry...I did combine a dream i had when i was a child to your dream...Jesus was in the clouds looking to and fro on the earth and then i was a sheep at the feet of Jesus and many other sheep were all around and I could hear the bells around their necks and the bleating sound sheep make and the dirt beneath our feet was being stirred up by us sheep..I even tasted the dust that was stirred into the air...we were still in the clouds yet it was as if we were on the earth also.I'm excited by your dream!

sorry...I did combine a dream i had when i was a child to your dream...Jesus was in the clouds looking to and fro on the earth and then i was a sheep at the feet of Jesus and many other sheep were all around and I could hear the bells around their necks and the bleating sound sheep make and the dirt beneath our feet was being stirred up by us sheep..I even tasted the dust that was stirred into the air...we were still in the clouds yet it was as if we were on the earth also.I'm excited by your dream!

Just before reading Grace's reply (which affirmed me) ,
I thought of this passage
After this I saw Four Angels standing at the Four Corners of the Earth, holding back the Four Winds of the Earth, so that no wind would blow on the earth or on the sea or on any tree. (2) And I saw another angel ascending from the rising of the sun, having the seal of the living God; and he cried out with a loud voice to the four angels to whom it was granted to harm the earth and the sea, (3) saying, “Do not harm the earth or the sea or the trees until we have sealed the bond-servants of our God on their foreheads.”
